Radiofrequency in East Paris

What is radiofrequency?
Radiofrequency is used to tighten the skin, in particular to correct the oval of the face, but also the neck and body (arms, inner thighs, stomach…).
How does radiofrequency work?
Radiofrequency is based on the emission of very high-frequency electromagnetic waves. These waves, applied to the skin, create heat in the subcutaneous tissue at around 55° Celsius.
This heat in the hypodermis causes collagen fibers to shrink and new fibers to be produced, improving skin firmness and tone. The heat emitted by the device also stimulates local microcirculation and destroys certain fat cells.

How many radiofrequency sessions are required?
Several sessions are required. There are several types of radiofrequency equipment, with different powers and a variable number of electrodes (monopolar, bipolar, tripolar, etc.). For pain relief, an anaesthetic cream or cold air can be used. Some of the more powerful devices may require you to take painkillers beforehand.
With which other aesthetic medical treatments?
Combining radiofrequency with other treatments, such as peels, mesolift, carboxytherapy or LEDs, can have cumulative effects in the fight against sagging skin.
